Norman M. Blakey

Norman M. Blakey is an Attorney at Brown & Hobkirk, PLLC. He primarily focuses on trust, wills, estate and gift taxation, estate planning, trust administration, trust/will, litigation, probate, business formation, and more.

Norman takes a holistic and client-centered approach when addressing every client’s needs. He sits down with each client to get to know them before he starts addressing their legal needs. Norman is passionate about simplifying and teaching his clients the legal and practical purposes behind each estate planning document and process. He wants each client to leave each interaction informed, knowledgeable, and respected.

Norman has lived in Arizona for most of his life. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2011. He graduated from Arizona Summit Law School with a Juris Doctorate in 2014 where he focused on trust and estates. Norman’s passion for trust, wills, tax, and trust administration and his desire to be a better asset to his clients caused him to attend Boston University School of Law where he graduated with a Master of Laws in Taxation (LLM) with a concentration in estate and gift tax in 2020.

Norman is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona Probate and Trust section and Tax sections.

During his free time, he enjoys backpacking, camping, landscape photography, sports, movies, and spending time with family and friends.
